Complex birth injuries specialist Diane Rostron has been recognised as one of the leading law firms for clinical negligence in the North West for the sixth consecutive year by annual rankings directory Legal 500.
The Blackpool based practice represents families across England and Wales who have suffered the loss of a child, or whose child has been permanently and severely disabled as a result of medical negligence.

Diane Rostron secured a £20 million settlement last year for an eight year old Liverpool boy left permanently brain damaged as a result of medical negligence.
The team recently represented the parents at the inquest of three year old Ryleigh Hillcoat-Bee. Blackpool coroner Alan Wilson acknowledged that there had been missed opportunities during Ryleigh’s care at the Blackpool Victoria Hospital in 2021.
