We were deeply saddened to represent another family who suffered a loss due to Blackpool Victoria Hospital’s failure to treat sepsis in line with national guidelines. The same coroner who found the hospital’s neglect contributed to this client’s death, made the same finding almost exactly one year ago for another of our clients.
